We are looking for a Junior Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for winemaking and will be responsible for developing and producing quality wines. This role requires no prior experience and is suitable for freshers.
Responsibilities - Develop new recipes
- Control fermentation processes
- Monitor aging of wines
- Assess wine quality
- Oversee the bottling process
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure wines meet high standards
