Oenologist (Pakistani Nationals Only)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, suitable for freshers and experienced professionals alike.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough research on grape varieties, vineyards, and wine regions
• Monitoring and analyzing the fermentation process
• Performing chemical and sensory analysis of wines
• Creating and implementing quality control measures
• Collaborating with winemakers to develop new blends and improve existing ones
• Maintaining accurate records of production processes and results

Qualifications

• Pakistani nationality
• A degree in Oenology or a related field
• Previous experience as an Oenologist (experience in the UAE is a plus)
