Position Overview
Duties Monitoring and analysing dealer performance, profitability, and operational effectiveness across the network. Supporting dealers in achieving sales, aftersales, customer satisfaction, and business performance targets. Implementing network development strategies in alignment with company objectives. Conducting regular dealer visits, performance reviews, audits, and operational assessments. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans where necessary. Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealer principals, management teams, and internal stakeholders.
