OCO Requirements & Integration Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

X8 is seeking an experienced cyber professional with a strong understanding of the USCYBERCOM mission environment, specifically programs supported within the J9 Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) Program Management Office (PMO). This role supports the translation of operational cyber capability needs into well-defined, executable work across internal stakeholders and external vendors.

The individual in this role brings hands-on familiarity with payloads, implants, and exploits; practical experience with requirements development; and working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. Success in this position requires clear communication, disciplined execution, and careful documentation to support delivery in a complex operational environment.
