Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced OCM professional to support a large-scale transformation programme within a telecommunications environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end OCM activities across a complex transformation programme
- Assess organisational readiness and evaluate change impact across key stakeholder groups and personas
- Design and execute change strategies, including communications, engagement, training, and adoption enablement
- Monitor and report on change progress, readiness, and adoption metrics (e.g. CRA results, feedback insights, adoption indicators)
- Plan and support pre- and post-go-live activities, including hypercare and adoption reinforcement
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering OCM in large, complex transformation programmes (telecommunications experience is highly preferred)
