ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the documentation for the company’s Import activitiesResponsible for the permit declaration and clearance delivery requiredResponsible for Import documentation formalities with carriers & Co-loadersResponsible for the handling of shipments, ensuring that any of the customer’s inquiries are answered.In charge of liaising with the company’s vendors/suppliers for import shipmentsIn charge of the preparation of billing invoices and performing invoice verification when requiredExperience in transshipments & cross-border shipmentsOther ad-hoc duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS
Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, ...
