Job Responsibilities:
To communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipmentsResponsible for managing and coordinating Sea Import shipments. To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant import documentation and declarations (eg. HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net operationsTo effectively follow up with CFS warehouse/oversea offices on any shortlanded, damaged or discrepancy cargo Preparing of payment vouchers, verifications of vendor costings, closing of all shipment files and filling of documentsTo ensure related charges are billed and collected timely from the consignee or its agentEnsure Fully Compliance...
