C.H. Robinson is seeking an Ocean Freight Operations Executive or Global Forwarding Agent (GFA) to join the global freight forwarding team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be managing a portfolio of global customers as their primary point of contact, responsible for managing and operating the shipment lifecycle of their import shipments.

You will work closely with customers from the start of the shipment process, overseeing tasks for each shipment, in addition to daily communication, reporting, and email management. A successful Global Forwarding Agent thrives in a fast‑paced environment, finding swift resolutions to transportation and documentation problems.
