We are looking for an Ocean Export Coordinator to join our client based in JFK New York. Key Responsibilities; Coordinate end-to-end export shipments for ocean freight Negotiate rates with shipping lines, arrange haulage, and process booking details. Communicate daily with clients, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal warehousing teams. Issue freight quotations, process purchase invoices, and finalize job files for billing. Prepare and verify critical export paperwork, such as Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and commercial invoices. Ensure all cargo meets international trade regulations and handle export customs declarations Requirements Skills Required; Experience working in freight forwarding Ocean export experience Understanding of international shipping processes Proficient in MS Office Good attentional to detail Excellent communication skills
