Key Responsibilities
- Handle counter Chile tasks.
- Communicate in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing with stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking, including invoicing and payment collection.
- Resolve daily issues via email and chat, following Client/Process IOPs and maintaining quality of service.
- Handle concerns through a ticketing system similar to case management.
- Create receipts and invoices, release cargo, and validate payments.
- Prepare export/import documentation and submit them timely and accurately to stakeholders, including OBL (Original Bill of Lading).
