Responsibilities

Occasional Teachers replace short term absences in OCDSB schools and are an integral part of the district.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing or pending certification with the Ontario College of Teachers as of October 31, 2025.
• Must hold both Intermediate and Senior qualifications.
• Must hold two (2) teachable subjects (which exist within the OCDSB).
