Position Overview
The Occupational Therapist works under the immediate supervision of a Program Manager/Principal. The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy assessment, consultation to school personnel and/or direct treatment to children from birth to age 22 who qualify for occupational therapy, and works with special education teams in identifying services needed for special education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
" Graduation from an accredited program in occupational therapy
" Currently registered with the National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (CCR3051.6)
" Holds a valid California License for Occupational Therapists
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
" Experience working with TK-12 students
" Experience working with individuals with disabilities
