Travel Occupational Therapist

Make a meaningful difference as a travel occupational therapist supporting home health patients in Kenosha and Racine Counties, WI. Provide skilled OT evaluations and treatments focused on ADLs, adaptive equipment, and functional mobility for adults and geriatric patients recovering from stroke, joint replacement, deconditioning, cardiopulmonary conditions, and other common home health diagnoses. Participate in an interdisciplinary team with RN and PT colleagues and contribute to daily phone huddles to coordinate care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license required prior to start.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of OT experience. Home health experience is preferred; SNF or acute care experience acceptable.
