Position Overview
**SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $15,000 **
Summary: Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients of all ages including adolescents, adults and geriatric patients who are referred; Evaluates the Occupational Therapy needs of the patient; Develops goals and treatment plan in conjunction with the patient and family/significant other; Implements treatment program; Provides education to patients, families and caregivers; Supervises Occupational Therapy students and support staff in compliance with hospital, state and national regulatory policies.
Education: Bachelor of Science, Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Licensure: License and/or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist from the Department of Health, Division of Professional Regulation, State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. Access to reliable transportation in orde...
