Shift Schedule: Day/Night (Flexible Scheduling) Job Types: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and functional independence.
• Provide occupational therapy services across home health and outpatient settings as applicable.
• Work with diverse populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Valid state Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Experience in outpatient, home health, pediatrics, or geriatrics preferred.
