In this role you will:
The OT will be assigned a caseload based on the referrals received by other Healthcare professionals from Hospitals, Home and Community, Primary Care, and other Health Service providersOur OTs play a critical role in helping our Clients and Loved Ones maximize their functional abilities, provide strategies around activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living memory and cognitive functioning and perceptionOut OTs provide education around home environment and modification, promoting independence and improved quality of life for both the Client and their Loved OnesPerform clinical evaluations, including admissio...
