Scope of Work


Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. Prefer candidates with experience in the elevation and treatment of patients with neurological conditions and with the LSVT certification.


Standard Qualifications



+ Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program

+ Preferred Master's Degree



+ LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

+ CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required

+ LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
