Position Summary:
The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, and providing occupational therapy services to individuals in accordance with federal and state regulations, professional standards of practice, and licensure requirements. The OT works with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote independence, safety, and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate residentsβ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
