TheraCare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN home health opportunity providing in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout Pasadena, TX and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform home health occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations for adult and geriatric patients
• Develop and update individualized Plans of Care (POC)
