About the Role

Work across community and inpatient settings to support older people to maintain independence, safety, and wellbeing. As an Occupational Therapist Case Manager within MHSOP, you will deliver assessment, intervention, and care coordination for Tangata Whaiora, providing psychoeducational groups, one to one support, and functional assessments that enable safe living within the community.
