What will your responsibilities be?
Occupational Therapy Assessments of clients in their own home for standard equipment and minor adaptationsCompleting assessments with reablement senior support workers in relation to reablement interventions and goal planning.Triaging of reablement cases.Assessing for and providing specialist equipment, including seating.
