OCUPATIONAL THERAPIST- $2500.00 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PART TIME

Chase Memorial is seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist's (OT) to join our team on a part-time and per diem basis. The OT will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical, developmental, or cognitive conditions, helping them improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their overall quality of life.

Job Summary:

Part-time- 20 hours per week

Per Diem positions available

Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
+ Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, coordination, and cognitive functioning
+ Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and home exercise programs
+ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
