Position Overview
Project Overview Ontario’s death investigation system relies on dispatchers to assign coroners and other resources to investigations based on schedules, location, and circumstances. A new system is proposed using Salesforce Field Service modules to let coroners submit on-call availability, manage shift swaps/cancellations, and generate a master schedule. The solution will automate dispatching by assigning resources to death investigations by region using defined business rules, reducing manual assignment work.
