Practice Setting:

• Outpatient and inpatient coverage
• Long-term vacancy coverage with ongoing permanent search
• Facility will accept multiple providers
• Hospital stroke certified

Clinical Hours & Schedule:

• Clinical hours plus call coverage
• Clinic volume: 20-25 patients per shift
• Inpatient volume: 1-6 patients per shift
• Facility beds: 10

Call Coverage:

• Beeper call
• Call ratio: 1:3
• Covers assigned and unassigned patients
• 30-minute response time required
• Phone consults: 1-3
