Coverage Needed

• Start Date: 9/1/2026
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:30am-7:30pm) and night (7:30pm-7:30am) or 24-hour shifts; 3-5 shifts per month
• Call: 24-hour in-house call

• EMR System: Epic
• Practice Settings: Inpatient
• Patients Per Shift: 15-20
• In-house call coverage; may include clinic coverage if needed
  • Call Response Time Required:15 minutes
• Support Staff: 1 MA, 16 APPs
  • required to supervise advance practice providers
• Approx 3500 deliveries per year

Requirements

• Board Certified in OBGYN
• Certifications: BLS
• Active Oregon license
• DEA
• Case Logs: Past 24 months showing adequate activity
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
