**About the Program**

The UNC School of Medicine proudly announces a two-year UNC Rural Obstetrics & Gynecology Fellowship, the first of its kind in the nation, training physician leaders to deliver exceptional women's health care in rural maternal health.

**Fellowship Highlights**

+ 50% Clinical Practice: Provide comprehensive, full-scope OB/GYN practice under the guidance of skilled clinical partners at a single fellowship site at UNC Health Lenoir in Kinston, NC.
+ 50% Training & Mentorship: Fellows will have an identified primary mentor to help chart a roadmap for their 2 years of career development. Options can include completing a Master-level degree (e.g. MSCR) or tailored coursework in QI/QA, community engagement, leadership, healthcare finances, equity, ...
