OB Hospitalist - Site DirectorPosition Summary:As part of the Ob Hospitalist clinical team, an Ob Hospitalist embraces delivering a quality OB Hospitalist program Value-Based culture.
OB Site Director Role:- Program Operations to ensure quality care is delivered
- Building and maintaining relationships with hospital medical staff, nursing staff and administrative leadership
- Maintaining relationships with the physician and CNM Ob Hospitalist team
- This position reports to a Market Medical Director (MMD), Medical Director of Operations (MDO) or Vice President of Clinical Operations (VPCO)
- Will collaborate with the MMD, MDO or VPCO to ensure the clinical team is delivering a quality program that achieves both OBHG's and the hospital's clinical and operational objectives
