Job Description

As an Observability Engineer, you will take on a hands‑on engineering role with real influence on the evolution of our observability landscape. You design, implement and operate modern observability solutions that ensure transparency, reliability and performance of our IT services across cloud and on‑premises environments.

This role combines deep technical ownership with exposure to modern observability standards and cloud technologies. You will work closely with experienced platform, architecture and service management teams and collaborate with our ServiceNow team to technically integrate observability signals and alerts into ServiceNow Event Management (ITOM).
