The position ensures that all patients are well taken care of during their treatment according to their dietary needs and restrictions . A Nutrition Clerk serve meals to patients and assist in various processes related to the preparation and delivery of meals, also assists with nutrition services and may work in a number of roles depending on the facility needs.
