To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

+ Industry Standard Adherence: Follow healthcare foodservice standards, regulations, and guidelines (food temps, cross-contamination, hygiene, labeling, storage).
+ Food Prep & Service: Prepare/serve food within menu/dietary guidelines; know recipe ingredients for allergy questions.
+ Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality patient/customer experience with proper meal portioning and presentation.
