In this role, the successful candidate Supports Departments of Nursings quality and safety programs. Provides quality improvement facilitation and support for nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams undertaking improvement initiatives. Assists Director of Nursing Quality with assessment of the learning needs of nursing staff as they pertain to quality and performance improvement; assists with the provision of education and mentoring in the methods and tools of rapid cycle and continuous quality improvement. Participates in monitoring of regulatory compliance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and assists patient care units with development and implementation of improvement strategies.
