Nurse Manager – Inpatient Psychiatry | St. Louis, MO

Prolink is partnering with the largest hospital in Missouri — a U.S. News top-ranked, Magnet-certified facility — to place a Nurse Manager for their Inpatient Psychiatry program. This is a direct placement opportunity overseeing two inpatient behavioral health campuses with a combined 71 beds across Intensive, Psychiatric Medicine, Geriatric Psych, and acute adult units.

What You Will Be Doing

You will have 24/7 operational and clinical oversight of two inpatient behavioral health campuses, leading a team of 72+ FTEs with four direct reports. Responsibilities include staffing, budget management, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and front-line staff support. You will rotate after-hours call with your assistant nurse managers and float between both campuses as needed.
