An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Manager to work as part of our dedicated team at The Brook based at Langdon, in Dawlish. The Brook is a specialist inpatient service supporting adults with a Learning Disability and Autism who present with complex needs and a mental health condition.

The role is dynamic and challenging and we are looking for someone who is highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic who can demonstrate an eagerness for the on-going development of the new service.

You would be joining us at an exciting time as our service continues to develop and evolve.

You will need excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure collaborative work with service users and their families to provide the highest quality of care.
