Nursing Director (RN) - Cardiovascular Services / Cath Lab to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Cardiovascular Services department, including Cath Lab operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing clinical and operational workflows, leading multidisciplinary teams, and strengthening collaboration with surgeons and anesthesia providers to support successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a proven cardiovascular services leader with strong Cath Lab operations experience, high clinical standards, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
