About the unit

5 Northwest is a 33-bed surgical unit specializing in care of adult patients. We provide compassionate, high-quality patient and family centered care for a wide variety of surgical patients. 5 Northwest regularly cares for patients undergoing cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, peripheral vascular surgery, general surgery, and trauma work up as well as patients with Congestive Heart Failure.
