About the unit





We are a float pool, and our goal is to provide flexible staffing. We provide broad exposure to different patient populations as we support all 36+ inpatient nursing units including adults, pediatrics, and women’s health. Culturally, we are a very close-knit group despite our size.  We pride ourselves in getting to know each team member individually and we try to personally acknowledge/support individuals on our team.
