**Description**



Reporting to the Nurse Manager, with direction from the Registered Nurse &/or LVN, this position is responsible for providing high quality, individualized basic care activities.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Coursework/Training: Completion of Nursing Assistant course.

+ Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

+ California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Upon hire: Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
