**General Summary**

Provides clinical support services to patient care staff by performing a variety of duties related to patient care. Takes patient vital signs, assists patients with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, feeding, toileting, etc.), inventories and replenishes supplies and equipment, and performs special assigned duties such as performing EKGs and Point-of-Care testing.

**Hours: 36 hours/week**

**Shift: 7pm-7am**

**Every 3rd weekend and rotating holiday requirement**

**4 Southwest** is a 56-bed mixed acuity, cardiopulmonary telemetry unit. 4SW specializes in the care of patients 18 years and older with a variety of acute medical diagnoses, some requiring mechanical ventilation, CPAP/Bipap, and high flow oxygen, and patients requiring intermediate level of care.
