Moral Welfare Home is a Welfare Home providing care and accommodation for residents with multiple disabilities (physically/ intellectually disabled, psychiatric illness). The Home is gazetted by the Ministry of Social and Family Development, who is providing funding for the residents, who are destitute and wards of the state.
About The RoleThe Nursing Aide attends to, and ensures, the physical and mental well-being of residents through clinical nursing practices. He/ She will work in a team of nurses, which is a part of a larger multidisciplinary team utilized by the Home in managing the care of residents. He/ She will ensure that residents are handled with the utmost care, and that ethics are upheld. He/ She will portray an image of professionalism as a representative of the Home, when interacting with external stakeholders from medical institutions.
