Nursery Support Manager

Our Nursery Support Manager’s primary objective is to ensure that whichever nursery setting you are posted to has the right culture, policies, and resources to deliver the high standards of childcare and early years education expected by parents, Ofsted, and in accordance with Storal’s values.

Whilst at a particular setting, you are accountable for the financial performance of the nursery as a business, and are expected to display resourcefulness, a commercial mind-set, strong organisation skills and attention to detail to ensure the financial health of the nursery, with the goal of delivering year over year improvements.
