The Nursery Manager will lead the successful opening and ongoing management of a new nursery setting in Heywood. The role is responsible for ensuring the nursery operates in line with company policies, EYFS and Ofsted requirements, safeguarding legislation, and all relevant statutory guidance.



The Nursery Manager will provide inspirational leadership to the team, deliver high standards of childcare and education, ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children, and support strong occupancy and business performance.



2-3 years’ experience in a nursery management

~ Budget management

~ Large nursery setting experience (60+ places)

~ Good Ofsted, governance and compliance

~ Driving license (Desirable)

~ Experience opening or supporting a new nursery setting
