Summary The Systems Redesign (SR) RN is a member of the Systems Redesign and Improvement program, and is responsible for demonstrating leadership, collegiality, experience in project management, change management, and process improvement approaches such as Lean Six Sigma, ProSci as well as various other process improvement methodologies, to execute Systems Redesign responsibilities. Responsibilities Major Duties: Coordinates necessary activities with individuals/services to direct and coordinate the administrative, operational planning activities with coordination and consultation within and between administrative and clinical services. Provide technical direction to AVAHCS staff to ensure that local, VISN, and national strategies, performance and process improvement, and goals are met.
