Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, School-Based, Denny Intl. MS. (.5 FTE)

The Nurse Practitioner ensures appropriate comprehensive health care to support the clinical care team in achieving Neighborcare's goals for quality care, productivity and patient satisfaction. Perform independent clinical activities, and collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants when appropriate to achieve quality patient care. Work in partnership and joint accountability with other lead team members to achieve Neighborcare's Mission and Guiding Principles and goals.

Please note that as a part of the school-based health care program this position is on standby during the summer for approximately eight to ten weeks. The duration of the standby period may fluctuate from year to year depending on many factors.
