We are growing our Advanced Practice Provider team at our new state-of-the art facility where we provide exceptional mental health treatment services for individuals. At Henry Ford This position will be responsible for caring for our inpatient hospital patients.

+ Provides inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care with the supervision, and consultation of medical staff

+ Completes psychiatric evaluations, performs a mental status examination, orders and interprets tests.

+ Makes diagnoses and institutes and conducts appropriate treatment plans. Works in collaboration with other team members which may include medicine, social work, nursing, psychology, behavioral techs, physicians in other departments as well as support staff.

+ Performs nursing functions independently.

+ Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant performs provider-level clinical duties including face-to-face patient assessments, response to medical emergencies in-house, ...
