Wound Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized treatment for patients with acute and chronic wounds. You'll work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans that promote healing and improve outcomes. • Provide specialized wound care assessment, treatment, and management to patients with acute and chronic wounds
