**Position Responsibilities**

+ Obtain medical histories when necessary
+ Perform physical exams (within established protocol).
+ Diagnose, treat and monitor chronic diseases (within protocol guidelines)
+ Order diagnostic tests
+ Prescribe or recommend medications for treatment (within protocol guidelines)
+ Assist providers with clinic procedures and consults as necessary
+ Maintain patient’s privacy and confidentiality
