This is an onsite position which will be based at the CenterWell Capital center in Raleigh, NC. You will report to the Associate Medical Director. You will apply advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve desired patient outcomes while working on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

You will:

+ Provide health promotion/maintenance through diagnosis and treatment of acute illness/chronic conditions
+ Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree
+ Master of Science Degree in Nursing or PA Studies
+ Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in NC
+ If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.
