Wound Care! We are seeking a Full time Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in LTC facilities located in Toledo/ Dayton, OH areas. As an NP, you will participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds. You will establish a plan of care, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement.
