Job Summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the team of an established provider of hospice home care services. They service the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina.
Job Qualifications/Job Duties
The Nurse Practitioner should have prior experience in treating hospice patients.The Nurse Practitioner will see patients in their homes and will typically make 2 to 3 visits each day.The Hospice Nurse Practitioner will promote the highest quality of end of life care including hospice care and widespread use of advanced directives.Discusses patient with attending physicians, consultants, nursing staff, and other medical professionals.
