This is an opportunity to join the small, well established Burns Outreach Team as a Band 6 Burns Outreach Specialist Nurse

The Burns Outreach Service is embedded within the Burns Centre Team based at The Welsh Centre for Burns, Morriston Hospital. The service runs five days a week, Monday to Friday, comprising of: face to face satellite and virtual clinics, hospital and home visits, for patient’s requiring assessment and management of their burn wounds and scars. It is an autonomous, nurse - led service, utilising clinical assessment and decision making skills. It is also a point of contact for specialist Burns advice for patients, carers and colleagues.
